About the Role

• Lead and supervise a tree crew, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Assess and manage job sites, coordinating ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties.
• Maintain client contact throughout all stages of work orders, ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform and oversee tree pruning and removal tasks with precision.
• Oversee the maintenance of climbing equipment and ensure its proper usage.
• Uphold safety protocols, providing guidance to the crew on safety best practices.
• Provide mentoring and training to crew members, fostering skill development.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a tree climber.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a tree climbing crew.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Proficient in climbing, proper pruning, and tree removal techniques.
• Commitment to safety standards and the ability to enforce them within the crew.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
