- Assist tree climbers and crew leaders by providing ground support during tree care operations.

- Assist in the maintenance and care of tree care equipment.
- Be vigilant in upholding safety protocols and communicating potential hazards to the team.
- Learn and develop skills in tree care techniques, climbing, and equipment operation.
