About the Role
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, organizing, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important documents, contracts, and employee information.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Support the HR department with tasks such as onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records.
Your Experience & Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Customer-centric approach with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to problem-solve and efficiently address administrative challenges.
